Elena Rudenko SS'14 collection presentation @ Goodbuyfashion

2 weeks ago, on the last day of autumn, ukrainian designer Elena Rudenko finally presented her summer'2014 collection in Kiev (before she was presenting it abroad). the event took place at the capital's well-known commission shop Goodbuyfashion, though with all these red wine, nice girl crew and cozy atmosphere, it felt more like a hen-party. speaking of collection, it's made in a style of neo-traditional clothes,  though with no hint of stereotypes and vulgarity (which is not a rare fact with designers working with this style) and completed with shoes and hand-made accessories. my favourite is a 'chicken' necklace, as Elena call it herself)

2 недели назад, в последний день осени, молодой украинский дизайнер Елена Руденко  наконец-то представила свою летнюю коллекцию 2014 киевской публике (до этого она гастролировала за рубежом). мероприятие проходило в стенах всеми любимой комиссионки Goodbuyfashion (ул. Ярославов Вал, 17б, кв.2) за бокалом красного вина в приятной женской компании, так что было больше похоже на уютный девичник. коллекция же выполнена в стилистике национальной одежды, но без излишеств и вульгарности (что нередко случается в дизайнерских интерпретациях традиционных костюмов) и дополнена обувью и аксессуарами ручной работы. особенно я без ума от деревянного украшения с "курочками", как сама Лена их ласково называет)

These pictures were made a while ago, but I finally got to posting them here. this is a casual and relaxed style of me, wondering the streets of 'sleeing' region of Kiev during the bright sunset. and yes, my hair was still untouched, no blonde ends))

Эти фотографии не совсем новые, но наконец-то они дождались своего часа быть опубликованными. это был приятный расслабленный вечер в одном из спальных районов Киева, яркий закат и стиль casual. ну и волосы мои еще были однотонными))

My looks for italian brand OVS

Recently I've received an invitation to create several looks for italian fashion brand OVS in one of its shops in Kiev. it also was some kind of acquaintance with the label for me, cause it is pretty new in ukrainian market, but now I can say that there's plenty of stuff that I liked and the prices are more than afordable. this made me some 'difficulties' with the picking-up process, the quantity of clothes made my dressing room a mess and I had to spend a lot of time chosing from the pieces to complete my 4 looks. but hopefully I've made it, what do yoiu think?))

Совсем недавно итальянский бренд OVS пригласил в гости в один из киевских магазинов, и поставил передо мной простую на первый взгляд задачу - придумать себе несколько луков из  весенне-летней коллекции. так как марка достаточно новая для украинского рынка (да и я с ней знакомилась впервые), было приятно обнаружить немалое количество понравившихся мне вещей, и все по очень доступным ценам. отсюда и появились "трудности" поместить всю набранную одежду в примерочной, а потом и выбрать нужную для 4 абсолютно разных образов. но я вроде справилась, как думаете?))
