I've just posted pictures from the shooting backstage, and the result is already there, on the main page of ukrainian online source TOP10, so that all it's readers will see resident fashion bloggers gripping their precious magazines)) it is considered that soon we no longer will have printed issues, but I truly believe that all the decent editorials are gonna stay with us satisfying the desire to feel the weight of paper in your hands.

Не успела я позавчера опубликовать фотографии с бэкстейджа, как вот он - готовый результат. сегодня онлайн портал ТОП10 представил своим читателям представителей отечественной модной блогосферы в обнимку с любимыми журналами, которые по мнению редакции в скором времени себя изживут, окончательно переместившись в интернет. я же верю в то, что поистине достойные издания еще долго будут радовать нас тяжестью своей глянцевой бумаги.

Photoshoot for top10 mag. Backstage

As I've told you before, yesterday I was took part in another photoshoot, this time for top10 online magazine. along with me there were other ukrainian bloggers and we all posed with our favourite copies of magazines. I brought my beloved fall-winter issue of LOVE which is a truly inspiration for me and I still haven't read all the articles there cause I don't want to finish it so quickly. the majority of my colleagues also bought international publications and the most popular seemed to be Vogue from different countries. the process of posing was pretty fun but sometimes scary, we found a dead rat lying right near the place where we were taking photos and everyone was too terrified to solve the problem)) official pictures are coming soon and now you can take a lot at the backstage

Как я уже писала, вчера я приняла участие еще в одной фотосессии, на этот раз для журнала ТОП10, вместе с другими украинскими блогерами. каждый позировал со своим любимым журналом, я конечно же прихватила свой обожаемый осенне-зимний выпуск LOVE, который поистине меня вдохновляет и который я до сих пор не прочитала полностью, что бы растянуть удовольствие. большинство моих коллег так же предпочли зарубежные издания, и самым популярным по моим наблюдениям оказался Vogue из разных стран. процесс позирования выдался довольно таки забавным, но порой и "опасным", в непосредственной близости от места съемки обнаружилась дохлая крыса, которая наводила ужас на всех присутствующих)) официальные фото уже скоро, а пока бэкстейдж

Golden season

Somehow unnoticed, autumn came to it's glory. it is now obvious considering the air temperature and the 'golden' streets. the best place to fully enjoy the beauty of nature is a park. since my early childhood I've always liked to come to Mariinsky Park, where there's no more joy then hearing the rusty dry leafs under your feet. and even if now there's an unsightly fence around Mariinsky Palace and a lot of people strolling around, it warms my heart to know that such a beautiful place is still there in the city center.

Как-то незаметно осень всецело вступила в свои полномочия, это чувствуется как в температуре воздуха, так и в озолотившихся улицах. лучше всего эту природную красоту созерцать в парках. как по мне, нигде не получаешь такого удовольствия от шуршащих под ногами листьев как в Мариинском парке. и даже не смотря на огромное количество народу и неприглядный забор вокруг ремонтирующегося Мариинского дворца, очень греет душу то, что такие живописные места все еще сохранились в центре города.

Celebration of Karen Millen 30th birthday

As I previously have told you, last Thursday I went to D*Lux night club to greet Karen Millen brand with it's 30th birthday. don't know how the celebrations were held in other 29 countries, but the party here in Kiev was really pompous. everyone had a chance to win prizes from Dior, Harper's Bazaar and luxurious Karen Millen watch, Alibi duo were performing their best-known songs, guests were treated with a chocolate birthday cake and show woman Katja Osadcha was djing (this was the first time I saw her in this role and it have to be admitted, she was pretty good). naturally, the brand new limited collection was shown at the catwalk as well and could be purchased afterwards. or you could just get a closer look at it on the terrace. leaving the party, guests not only had their impressions of the night but small presents from the British fashion label as well.

Как я уже говорила, в прошлый четверг я отправилась в ночной клуб D*Lux поздравлять с юбилеем британский бренд Karen Millen, которому исполнилось 30 лет. не знаю как там празднование прошло в 29-и других странах, но киевская вечеринка была с розмахом. здесь можно было выиграть призы от Dior, Harper's Bazaar и шикарные часы Karen Millen, дует Алиби вручали песенные поздравления, гостей угощали шоколадным именинным тортом, а телеведущая Катя Осадча, которая впервые открылась для меня как диджей (и нужно заметить приятно удивила), настраивала публику на заводные танцы. конечно же был и показ лимитированой юбилейной коллеции, после чего, понравившиеся вещи можно было купить прямо на месте или же поближе "познакомится" с ними на веранде. вечеринку гости покидали не только со своими впечатлениями от праздника, а и с приятными комплиментами от юбиляра.

Vince Camuto store opening in Kiev

Last Thursday I went to Dream Town shopping center (which is 7 minutes walk from my apartment) to welcome the brand new Vince Camuto store, that opened it's doors for ukrainian fashionistas for the first time. that evening was full of pleasant surprises: bloggers were exclusively invited for the event, so we had a chance to be the first testing all the shoe range in the shop presented by 3 designers: Vince Camuto, BCBG and Jessica Simpson; champagne and delicious macarons as a treat; also we were complemented with my beloved roses, aahhh....so many pinkness!! after trying on tones of wonderful shoes, I chose my two favourite pairs, the most extravagant and high (typical for me, haha), and one thing was just unbelievable: they were so comfortable that I forgot to take them off!!

В прошлый четверг я отправилась в торговый центр Dream Town (который находится в 7 минутах ходьбы от моего дома) что бы приветствоать новый магазин Vince Camuto, который впервые распахнул свои двери для украинских модниц. вечер был полон приятных сюрпризов: блоггеры были эксклюзивно приглашены на событие, так что у нас была возможность первыми протестировать весь модельный ряд, представленный 3 обувными брэндами: Vince Camuto, BCBG и Jessica Simpson; в качестве угощения было шампанское и аппетитные десертные макароны; также нам подарили любимые мною розы, ой....все такое розовое!! после того, как я перемеряла немыслимое количество обуви, я остановила свой выбор на двух парах, самых экстравагантных и высоких (как и свойственно мне, хаха), и что меня поразило, это невероятное ощущение комфорта, что я даже забыла их снять!!

It was a shoe night

Friday evening was a really good one for me, it started with a pleasant walk in the city center and taking some pictures (naturally ))) and finished with the shopping party at Steve Madden store (I've posted about it HERE). to combine walking and partying, choosing my glitter blue shoes, that I've missed wearing a bit, seemed like a perfect decision: they are chic and really comfortable.

Пятничный вечер выдался для меня очень занимательнвм, начавшись приятной прогулкой по центру города (естественно не без фотографий ))) и закончившись шоппинг вечеринкой в магазине Steve Madden (я про это писала ЗДЕСЬ). что бы все это "удобно" совместить, мой выбор обуви пал на блестящие синие босоножки, по которым я уже немного соскучилась.

Golden sun

This pictures were taken last week, after I've been interviewed by Kievglam.com (oh, I guess my first interview ever!). before going out I washed my hair but didn't have much time "calming" it down (I don't use a hair dryer and it takes time to dry it naturally), so I thought why not leaving the house like I've just had walked the Sonia Ryikel runway, haha. the day was really warm and sunny, I was in a relaxed mood and the song "Dear Miami" was constantly playing in my mind ))

Фотографии эти были отсняты на прошлой неделе, после моего интервью для Kievglam.com (пожалуй это было моим первым интервью!) перед выходом, помыв голову, времени "утихомирить" волосы уже не оставалось (феном я не пользуюсь, так что сушка волос занимает прилично времени), я задалась вопросом, а почему бы не покинуть дом с видом как будто бы я только что с подиума Sonia Ryikel, хаха. солнечный и такой теплый день спровоцировал мой расслабленный настрой, а песня "Dear Miami" не вылазила из головы ))

Colours are getting juicy

It already feels that summer is close, but still it's a bit early to go out with bare arms. well, maybe it's me who is not 100% ready for that)) yesterday was a positive day indeed and I really wanted to wear some bright colours. I decided to have a beige trench on top in order to try one of my favourite trends of the season: nude+neon colours. so here is what i came up with

Уже чувствуется приближение лета, но с оголенными руками все еще выходить рано. ну или, быть может, это я еще морально к этому не готова)) вчерашний день выдался очень позитивным и мне хотелось одется в яркие краски. сверху я решила надеть бежевый тренч с целью испробовать один из моих любимых трендов сезона: телесный+неоновые цвета. вот что из этого получилось

It's a sunny day!

Today the sun shines so bright that it feels almost like summer! though this pictures were taken some time ago, while I was still rocking my straight hair. as you can see that day happened to be really warm too and I was kinda in the same mood that I am today)) so, I was wearing my beloved combination of straight hair+fedora hat, Zara leather jacket, Hello Kitty sweater, H&M leopard tights and Diesel boots.

Сегодняшнее солнце настолько яркое что практически создается ощущение лета! хотя эти фотографии были сделаны некоторое время назад, когда мои волосы еще были в неестественном для себя выпрямленном состоянии. как видите, тот день также выдался весьма теплым и мое настроение было в таком же приподнятом состоянии)) я опять прибегла к моей любимой комбинации из прямых волос и шляпы федоры, так же на мне была кожаная куртка Zara, свитер Hello Kitty, леопардовые колготки H&M и сапоги Diesel.

Spring trend: Burst in colours!!

The more warmer it get's, the more colours we want to see on streets and of course in our wardrobe. this season the majority of designers decided to satisfy the jusiest fantasies of their customers. bright shades were spotted on the spring-summer 2011 runways in all possible ways. let's take a closer look at them.

Чем теплее становится, тем больше цвета мы хотим созерцать на улицах и конечно же в наших шкафах. в этом сезоне большинство дизайнеров решило удовлетворить самые сочные фантазии своих клиентов. яркие оттенки были замечены на показах весна-лето 2011 во всевозможных вариациях. давайте же на них взглянем.

Kiev Fashion Night

Last friday some of the best Kiev concept stores decided to stay open till 12 p.m., give some challenging discounts and treat their customers with drinks and lounge music. in other words it was Kiev Fashion Night. and of cource I couldn't miss it! For the event I chose to wear New Yorker cardigan, H&M trousers, a man's wifebeater borrowed from a friend, black wellies bought in Nice, River Island deer necklace and brown fedora which actually defined the whole look. love to wear it with straight hair so much!!

В прошлую пятницу несколько лучших концэпт-сторов Киева решили не закрывать свои двери до 12 вечера, предоставить соблазнительные скидки и побаловать своих клиентов напитками и музыкой в стиле лаунж. другими словами, это была Kiev Fashion Night. и конечно же пропустить такое я не могла! выбор одежды мой был таков: кардиган New Yorker, брюки H&M, майка-алкоголичка одолженная у друга, черные резиновые сапоги купленные в Ницце, подвеска в виде оленя River Island и коричневая шляпа федора, которая кстати и определила весь наряд. очень уж она мне нравиться в сочетании с прямыми волосами.

Royal blue

The most natural thing for me to do the next day after straightening my hair was to shoot some pictures))) for the ocasion I chose one of the most picturesque places in central Kiev - a fortress in Pechersk region. everytime I go there, I have a strange feeling that I'm far away from the city, maybe even in another country.

После выпрямления волос, самым естественным для меня действием на следующий день, было отправится на фотосессию))) местом назначения я выбрала печерскую крепость - одно из самых красивых в центре Киева. каждый раз когда прихожу туда, меня одолевает странное чувство как будто-бы я нахожусь далеко от города, возможно в другой стране.
